Each year, we look for summer camp staff to join our amazing team!
Our team is made up of qualified, talented, nurturing staff. Many staff have special skills and passion for art, nature, swimming instruction, dance, sports, or music. Many staff have previous camp experience or are Green Mountain Camp Alumni but you don’t have to be in order to join in on the fun!
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals who have experience and interest in working with kids ages (5-16) in an outdoor setting to help them learn, grow, have fun, and connect with others & the world around them.
