Day Camp Session
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily- Monday-Friday with included optional overnight Thursday. Includes programming, staffing, daily lunch/snack, camper t-shirt, and Thursday night (optional) lodging plus dinner and Friday breakfast. Open to ages 5-14 $490/week
Try Me Camp Session
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily- Monday-Friday, with included optional overnight Thursday and option to pay as you go for additional overnights (Mon., Tues., & Wed.). Includes programming, staffing, daily lunch/snack, camper t-shirt, and Thursday night lodging plus dinner and Friday breakfast. Additional nights of lodging plus dinner and breakfast are included with each additional paid overnight. Open to ages 5-14 $490/week plus $70 for each additional night Considering staying overnight all week? Pay in advance to stay overnight Monday-Friday for $670/week. Or choose as you go and pay by the night for $700/week. Additional overnights added as you go, on the day of programming, are payable on Friday at check-out.
Classic Overnight Camp Session
4:30 p.m. Sunday- 4:00 p.m. Friday. Includes programming, staffing, all meals/snacks, camper t-shirt, and lodging. Families are invited to the closing celebration at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Open to ages 6-14 $720/week
Bridge Weekend
Add-on session available only if registered for session 4 & 6 overnight camp sessions. Includes programming, staffing, all meals, and lodging from the end of one session on Friday afternoon to the start of the next on Sunday afternoon. Open to ages 6-14 $200/weekend

Registration Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per session is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due by May 31.
Cancellation and Refunds
Tuition fees make up the bulk of our income and still do not cover the true cost of running camp. We work year-round on a tight budget to plan and offer a wonderful camp experience to as many kids as we can!

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by e-mailing office@greenmountaincamp.org

Cancellations received by May 1st will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit of $100.

Cancellations received between May 1st and June 1st will receive a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable deposit of $100.

For cancellations after June 1st, GMC will retain 100% of the program fees and no refunds will be provided except due to medical reasons.

Cancellations due to medical reasons may receive a 50% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit of $100). Requests for refunds due to medical reasons must be made before the registered session and include a doctor’s note.

Refunds will not be made for the following: no shows, late arrival, early departure, partial program attendance, or campers who violate camp policies and are dismissed early.

While program cancellations are uncommon, if GMC finds it necessary to cancel a program, a full refund will be issued to registered participants (minus the non-refundable deposit).
